Job Details
We are seeking a driven and proactive Office Manager to support and enhance the day-to-day operations of A large Tier 1 contractor on site. This is a full-time, office-based role based on a construction project in Friston IP17
Key Information for the Construction Office Mange position:
* 45 hours per week
* Rate is negotiable
* Location - Friston IP17 1UT
* 8am start
* Start date - 06/08/2025
Key Responsibilities, Competencies and Requirements:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
*
Oversee and support all office personnel and day-to-day office activities
*
Manage procurement of offiece supplies, materials, and equipment
*
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and documentation
*
Handle general office administration, including document control and correspondence
*
Support senior leadership with operational planning and resource coordination
*
Assist with onboarding and internal systems development as the team grow
Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous experience in office management, construction admin, or operational support (preferably in construction)
*
Strong knowledge of office systems, documentation, and H&S processes
*
Organised, detail-focused, and confident with multi-tasking
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
