Job Description

Construction Planner – Swansea
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Pro Staff Construction are working with a main contractor based in Swansea who are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Planner.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with Contracts Managers to produce and manage project programmes across multiple sites. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
  * 
    Produce master management programmes using ASTA Powerproject
  * 
    Create site specific programmes with drop down functionality within the master program
  * 
    Work alongside Contracts Managers to develop project programmes
  * 
    Maintain and regularly update site programmes throughout the project lifecycle
  * 
    Incorporate cashflow forecasts into project programmes
  * 
    Monitor progress and highlight risks or delays within the programme
Requirements:
  * 
    Previous experience as a Construction Planner
  * 
    Strong knowledge of ASTA Powerproject
  * 
    Ability to produce and manage detailed construction programmes
  * 
    Strong organisational and communication skills
Please be aware this is not a hybrid opportunity. The successful candidate will need to be permanently based in South Wales to fulfil the requirements of the role.
