Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60k - €75k
Overview:
Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a high-calibre Construction Planner to join their dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient planning and delivery of housing developments across various sites. You'll collaborate closely with internal departments and contribute to programming strategies from concept through to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain the master construction programme across all projects.
Assist with detailed programme reviews and provide timely, accurate updates.
Contribute to phasing plans and handover strategy development.
Implement and maintain project controls procedures.
Monitor programme progress and assist with reporting.
Support programming for non-live sites from early-stage development to closure.
Provide input into the master programme dashboard to identify risks and opportunities.
Liaise with internal teams including Design and PMO.
Collaborate in a project team environment to support successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Previous construction experience, ideally in the residential sector.
Familiarity with programming software and scheduling tools (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across departments.
Proven ability to meet time and quality targets under pressure.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites as needed.
