This is a dynamic role where you'll play a vital part in the delivery of multiple construction projects across various stages - no two days are the same.

Monday to Friday, office-based role
Based on the outskirts of LingfieldKey Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries and site visits
Assisting in the planning, resourcing, and coordination of commercial construction projects
Tracking progress of small to mid-sized builds and ensuring deadlines are met
Updating project documentation and maintaining progress reports
Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
Helping manage fleet vehicles and keeping training records up to date
Compiling data for construction accreditations and trade body memberships
Supporting the onboarding of new team membersWhat We're Looking For:
Solid experience in project coordination/administration within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure
Proactive approach with the flexibility to support multiple teams
Confident working both independently and collaborativelySalary £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience
