We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers, based in London, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and stay away and will receive a 10% bonus on base salary when working away. With a full order book up until 2027, ranging up to £22 million and spanning stadiums, residential high‑rises and commercial blocks, along with a strong base of repeat clients, the successful candidate will support the company's ongoing expansion. Prior experience within fire remediation or with a cladding contractor is expected.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

Project Manager Job Overview

Project Manager Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in façade systems, fire remediation, or cladding projects (Site or Project Management level).
Strong management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project (especially for Project Managers).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health & safety regulations.
Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
Willingness to travel-this is essential.
