$200,000 - $250,000 + Subsidised Health + 401k + Other Benefits

Due to their continued expansion and exciting new projects, they now require a Construction Project Manager to help them reach their goals.
In this role you will split your time spending time on-site in The Bahamas, and the company offices, while having the chance to spend time at home every quarter. You will take the lead and manage a variety of construction projects across islands in The Bahamas. All of your company travel will be covered, including flights home.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, having worked in a similar environment on beachfront or island based projects.

The role:
Lead construction projects from planning, through design and through to completion
Manage a team of contractors, consultants, engineers and architects
Contract & documentation management
Project scheduling and budgetingThe person:
Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience leading design & build projects
Experience managing budgets, scheduling & tenders
