Stay up-to-date with developments in the construction industry and educational best practices.What We're Looking For: Essential: Relevant qualification in Construction or a related trade (e.g., NVQ Level 3/4, HNC/HND, Degree). Significant industry experience in a construction trade (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical). Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations within the construction industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare. Desirable: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS) or a willingness to work towards one. Experience teaching in a further education or vocational training setting. Assessor or verifier qualifications (e.g., A1/TAQA).
