We are seeking an experienced Construction Teacher with the ability to deliver high-quality lessons to students at Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring learners and equipping them with the practical and theoretical skills needed for the modern construction industry. In a Teaching role, classroom presence and management are important, and a good level of communication is vital to success of this role.  Planning, prepping and marking will be expecting as a Construction teacher so is ideally something you should have experience in. Most importantly you should be completely confident in your abilities to conduct a lesson utilising your subject knowledge with the ability to adapt your lessons to the student’s ability. The successful Construction Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching construction to KS4 and KS5 (BTEC, T-Level, or equivalent). Strong industry knowledge and a passion for hands-on, skills-based education. Excellent classroom management and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.  A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and high standards of teaching and learning.
