Job Description
As a Construction Trainee, you will shadow other roles to gain awareness of all site-based activities, as well as gaining an understanding of the whole housebuilding process. You will play a key role in quality control, health and safety, resource management and commercial controls.
As part of the role, you will also be involved with the various aspects of the customers journey throughout the life-cycle of the development.
If you do not already hold a relevant qualification you may also work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Below you will find a range of skills and capabilities that will be required in the role, some of these you will already possess and some we will help you to develop in your programme.
