Job Description
We are working with a reputable mental health provider seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to conduct ADI-R assessments on a flexible, self-employed basis. This role is ideal for clinicians with a strong background in autism diagnostics and a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals through structured, high-quality assessments.
Role Overview:
*
Conduct structured ADI-R assessments with patients and/or carers
*
Each assessment takes approximately 3.75 hours
*
Maximum of 2 assessments per day
*
Fully remote delivery via secure online platform
*
Direct engagement model – invoice monthly
*
Payment upon submission of completed assessment and report
Rates of Pay:
*
Completed ADI-R Assessment: £635
*
Did-Not-Attend (DNA): £317.50
Requirements:
*
GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrist
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on autism assessment using the ADI-R
*
Proven experience in delivering remote clinical assessments
*
High standards in clinical report writing and documentation
*
Comfortable working autonomously in a self-directed role
*
Passionate about autism diagnosis and improving patient outcomes
*
Committed, professional, and patient-centred approach
