Description
Conduct literature reviews to support research in behavioural science and psychology.
Analyse quantitative data from surveys and other sources, extracting and communicating insights.
Design and interpret behavioural science experiments for both internal and external stakeholders.
Develop reports, presentations, and summaries tailored to different audiences.
Stay current with the latest developments in psychology and behavioural science.
Explore new and emerging trends across related disciplines.
Actively participate in workshops, seminars, and industry networking opportunities.
Travel within the UK and EU may be required for conferences, workshops, supplier meetings, and other events.Profile
Degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in commercial settings focused on business or customer needs.
Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as SPSS, or R.
Ability to synthesise complex research into clear and actionable insights.
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them reliably and on time.
Confidence in assessing research quality, methodology, and real-world impact.
Skilled in designing small-scale research studies on behavioural topics.
