What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals to set menus and dietary requirements
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations including stock control and prep
* Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in contract catering, hospitality, or large-scale food service
* Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong understanding of allergen awareness and dietary compliance
