We're looking for energetic and empathetic individuals to join our client's Norwich contact centre team. In this role, you'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written requests, aiming to resolve matters first time and in the right way.
Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries related to life and pension policies via phone, email, and written correspondence, always striving for first-contact resolution.
Take ownership of each interaction, ensuring every customer feels listened to and supported.
Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing clear information and advice.
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service standards and meet performance goals.What are we looking for?
