Location: Culham Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 per annum Driving Required: Yes Working Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday (hybrid working) **Please not this role is subject to Police Vetting, you must have been within the UK for a minimum of 5 years continuously** Are you ready to make an impact in the public sector? About the Role: As the Contract Oversight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our contract management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Performance Management: Develop and maintain processes that ensure effective supplier management, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key suppliers and contracts. Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the organisation. Training Development: Design and recommend training standards for contract managers to enhance their skills and competencies. Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Legal Services to develop standard contract terms and manage supplier debarment. Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, informing organisational strategy and risk management. Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing large contracts. Expertise in developing terms and conditions for complex contracts. A solid background in commercial contract dispute resolution.
