What you can expect
* Full-time role, based in Herefordshire
* £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
* Monday – Friday with hybrid working

What you will be doing
* Creating, filming, and editing engaging video content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and more
* Sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the farm and wellness lifestyle content
* Managing content across all major and emerging social platforms
* Collaborating with influencers and creators to expand reach
* Showcasing stories of regenerative farming, health, and natural living
* Bringing fresh, artistic flair to all digital output
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in filming, editing and designing content for mobile-first platforms
* Strong understanding of social media trends, memes, and platform-specific engagement
* Confidence working independently and driving creative ideas
* Comfortable in rural settings and able to communicate globally relevant messages
* Passion or interest in health, nutrition, sustainability, or nature
