We're working with an ambitious and fast-growing retail group seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of exceptional brand content across all digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a storyteller who understands how to connect creativity with commercial strategy; someone who can bring ideas to life, build community, and drive measurable growth through content that truly resonates.
As Content Manager, you'll own the full content lifecycle; from planning and production to optimisation and performance analysis. You'll work across social, web, email, and video platforms to ensure every piece of content tells a cohesive brand story and engages the right audience at the right time.
What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver a clear, results-driven content strategy that supports wider marketing and business goals.
Build and manage detailed content calendars, ensuring campaigns and posts are delivered on schedule.
Oversee or create high-quality written, visual, and video content across all platforms.
Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all channels - from social media to email.
Apply SEO best practices to increase organic reach and optimise discoverability.
Use analytics tools to measure engagement, conversions, and ROI, refining strategy based on insights.
Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, blogs, and paid media platforms.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep content fresh and relevant.
Engage directly with online communities, fostering loyalty and meaningful interaction.About You:
Proven experience in content management or digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
Strong creative direction and storytelling ability with exceptional writing skills.
Confident managing social channels and understanding engagement algorithms.
Analytical mindset - comfortable working with insights from Google Analytics, Meta, or similar tools.
Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic design/video editing knowledge (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or CapCut).
