As our Content Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our content and creative teams running like clockwork. You don't need to be an expert in digital signage - what we're looking for is a strong people manager who can keep projects moving, support a talented team, and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of account managers, account executives, and designers
Creating a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment
Managing team capacity, balancing workloads, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and communication
Acting as the link between the content teams and senior leadership
Monitoring project timelines and addressing potential bottlenecks early
Overseeing onboarding and training for new startersWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a creative or content-driven environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
The ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands
