The Opportunity
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a specialism in Contentious Probate to join our growing Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic appointment aimed at strengthening our contentious probate offering and contributing to the continued development and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including contested wills, inheritance disputes, and estate administration challenges
Working closely with senior colleagues to shape and implement the department's growth strategy
Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and maintaining the highest standards of client care
What We're Looking For
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+), with experience in contentious probate or related litigation areas
Strong technical knowledge of probate law and civil procedure
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a commitment to professional growth
A collaborative team player who contributes to departmental and firm-wide goals
