Job Description
Job Title - Continuing Healthcare Nurses Needed !
We are looking for Continuing Healthcare Nurses for the below requirements:
Band 6 CHC, DoLS, and PHB Roles
Location: Remote working (occasional face-to-face assessments may be required)
Contract Type: Temporary (ASAP start – 31 December 2025)
Hours: Predominantly Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (some flexibility may be required)
Band: 6
Available Roles
* 3 x Band 6 – CHC Assessment and Review work
* 1 x Band 6 – DoLS work
* 1 x Band 6 – PHB work
Role Requirements
* CHC roles: Must be competent in carrying out CHC assessments and reviews.
* DoLS role: Must have experience completing community DoLS and be competent in MCA.
* PHB role: Must have experience in developing Care and Support Plans and knowledge of PHB guidance.
Additional Information
* Work will primarily be remote, with the possibility of occasional face-to-face assessments if identified as necessary.
* The ICB will aim to minimise the need for on-site work.
