With manufacturing plants across the US and Europe, they are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support the Global CI Manager facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.. With a global ERP upgrade project being rolled out, in 3-4 months much improved data will be available from our clients manufacturing facilities across Europe and the US. We are looking for an Analyst with a strong tool kit in continuous improvement to help realise the benefits of the improved data and create the environment for process improvements across this manufacturing business. It’s a broad role across all things CI in the business, working with manufacturing engineers, operations teams, pooling resources, supporting - guiding and prioritising process improvements Essential Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Analyst role * You will have at least 3 years in process improvement. * You will have excellent data analysis skills – you will understands data trends and make data driven business cases on continuous improvements initiatives. * Process orientated - good with process improvement, organisational change and problem-solving. * A strong toolkit for continuous improvement - experience with things like value stream mapping (VSM), kanban, six sigma, lean etc. * Willing to travel to the US and Europe on a fairly regular basis (circa 25%). Desirable Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Analyst role * A background in electronics manufacturing would be helpful (but not essential). * Experience with making process improvements to factory floor layouts.
