Job Description
Continuous Improvement Engineer (Manufacturing)
Coventry
£40,000 to £45,000
Mon to Fri 07:00 to 16:00
This is a hands-on CI role in a busy manufacturing site. You must already be doing this job in UK manufacturing. It is not for graduates, theorists or anyone looking for their first step into CI.
Must have
At least three years CI or Process Improvement experience in a UK factory
Proven results such as OEE uplift, scrap or changeover reduction
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Able to run Kaizen events yourself
Daily commute to Coventry
Full right to work (no sponsorship)
The job
Mostly shopfloor based. You will find problems, run improvements, challenge routines and make changes the team can actually feel. If you prefer PowerPoints to production lines, this will not suit you.
Not for
Graduates, academics, consultants, remote seekers or anyone without proven hands-on CI delivery.
