Description
As the Continuous improvment Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to optimise manufacturing processes.
Driving improvement projects and practices across the businesses UK and European sites.
Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
Use data analysis to monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes.
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvement outcomes.

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:
