We are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites.
The Role
As our Lean Leader, you will be the catalyst for change, embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the value stream team. You will lead initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimise processes, ensuring we remain competitive in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing operations
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction
Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation
Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of problem-solving and innovation
Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow essential/Green desirable)
Level 3 Improvement Technician
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
