Administrator – Facilities Management
 Location: Horsham, West Sussex
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
 Start Date: ASAP
 Contract Duration: 4 Months +
 We are currently seeking an Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management company based in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support to a busy operations team.
 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to contract and site managers
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate workflow
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and contract documentation
Support reporting and data entry within internal systemsSkills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Facilities Management or a related sector
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s on Offer
Competitive hourly rate
Monday–Friday daytime hours (no weekends or shifts)
