What You Will Do: • Ensure the completion, accuracy, and application of contract management processes to maintain governance and compliance. • Provide vital support to the Contract Management Team and Imports & Exports Operations Department. • Prepare presentation packs and coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. • Collaborate with team members to monitor projects, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. • Create and maintain management information reporting using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint, analysing trends and suggesting improvements. • Drive initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience and improve operational processes. What You Will Bring: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting. • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering results. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal. • A strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
