Asbestos Surveyor - Commercial Contracts (Essex/London/M25)
Are you a highly skilled and independent BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor with a proven track record in commercial surveying? Randstad is seeking a dedicated professional for an immediate 3-month contract, working on substantial retail and commercial projects primarily across Essex, London, and the M25 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomous work and "big meaty jobs."
Key Details:
Rate: £240 - £245 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Location: Essex / London / M25 (with particular weighting towards Essex and Kent)
Role: Conducting commercial asbestos surveys using Tracker on large-scale retail and commercial premises.
