About the Role
Our client is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness across multiple sites. A company vehicle, mobile phone, and fuel card are provided to support travel across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of cleaning duties including deep cleans, buffing, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning tasks
* Travel to various commercial and residential sites within the Southwest region
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet client expectations
* Adapt to flexible start times based on business needs
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness on every site
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence – Essential
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in a cleaning role (desirable)
* Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
* Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work efficiently
