We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Co – Ordinator, working across PFI and FM contracts. This role will involve the co-ordination of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and administrative tasks to support the contract, management team and engineers. Day to day you will be expected to follow contract processes, drive the completion of tasks and work with the management team to achieve a completion rate of 97%. Administration tasks will include updating CAFM systems and the shared drive, submitting concession requests, booking in subcontractors and quoting remedial works.
Candidates must be able to use Microsoft Programs ( especially excel) to a medium standard and be competent using a computer for all tasks.

You will be an experienced Contract Co- Ordinator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related roles. It is preferred if you have a full driving licence.
