Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contractor Compliance Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Manager in the effective onboarding and ongoing management of sub-contractors and installers.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all contractors meet compliance, safety, and documentation standards, enabling the safe and legal delivery of efficiency improvements across a wide range of properties.
Main Responsibilities
Manage onboarding for sub-contractors and installers.
Check and track documents like insurance, qualifications, and safety training.
Keep internal systems and SharePoint updated with contractor details.
Monitor expiry dates for key documents and follow up to keep everything valid.
Assign and track completion of e-learning modules.
Join contractor meetings and upload notes for reference.
Arrange ID cards and access to tools for approved contractors.
Work closely with the team to keep them updated on contractor status.
Support communication, updates, and process improvements.
Promote safe working practices across all tasks.
Key Targets
100% compliance of contractor documents before work starts.
All contractor folders and systems kept fully up to date.
All approved field operatives have valid ID cards.
Over 95% of assigned training completed.
Regular updates submitted monthly
Make at least 10 outbound contractor calls weekly.
Keep missed calls below 35%.
Ideal Candidate
