Role: Contract Manager Location: Gloucestershire Duration: Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + car allowance Industry: Ground Investigation / Geotechnical My client are the UK's largest independent ground investigation contractor and in light of their expanding portfolio both in the UK and Internationally, they are seeking a Contract Manager to join their team. Your Role: A Blend of Co-ordination, Expertise, and Leadership · Work in tandem with estimators, operations managers, engineers and site staff. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including proactive planning, constructing health and safety documentation, and procurement from commencement to final commercial close-out. Day-to-day engagement with operational sites to meet client expectations with problem solving where necessary. Careful financial management for monitoring, budgeting, projecting and resolving commercial accounts. At least two years of post-graduate experience in a site-based, project management or site agent role highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills, a team player mindset, and a hardworking nature.
