Contracts Manager - Cladding

Totton, Hampshire

Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Blaymires Recruitment is working with a well-established roofing and cladding contractor based near Totton, who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

With over 15 years of success, the company has built a strong reputation as a specialist contractor delivering the design, supply, and installation of roofing and cladding systems across the commercial, industrial, residential, and education sectors. Project values typically range from £100k to £1m.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  * Managing multiple roofing and cladding projects

  * Programming works in line with project timelines

  * Managing directly employed and subcontract labour

  * Preparing RAMS, quality plans, and ensuring compliance

  * Monitoring site progress and recording variations

  * Liaising with clients, main contractors, and internal teams

  * Organising materials, plant, and logistics

  * Attending site and client meetings

  * Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to specification

Requirements

  * Proven experience in roofing and/or cladding

  * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager

  * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

  * Strong organisational and communication skills
