About the Role

Working with Housing Associations and contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that driver efficiency and cost saving.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and build strong operational relatio0nships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration

Act as the primary contact between customers and branches ensuring consistent service levels

Maximise customer spend by securing a greater share of materials and promoting their full product range

Assist in implementing key customer initiatives

Maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches

Requirements / Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities

Excellent organisation and problem- solving capabilities

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and suppliers

Customer focused mindset
