Contract Manager - Reactive Repairs

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in reactive repairs? We're looking for a proactive, hands-on leader to join a dynamic team in Oldbury, overseeing the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of reactive maintenance contracts
Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
Oversee budget control, health & safety, and quality compliance
Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
About You:
Proven experience in managing reactive repair contracts (ideally in social housing or similar sectors)
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions
Relevant qualifications in construction, building services, or project management are desirable
