Description
Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring compliance.
Supervise on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Identify and address any project risks or issues promptly.
