️ Contracts Manager Role - Hospitality & Healthcare Projects
Office Based in Greater Manchester, UK Wide Site Visits
Full-Time Position
️ Start: August 2025
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (DOE) & Car Allowance

My client are a fast-paced, high-performing construction company with a £15M turnover, delivering premium refurbishments and construction projects across the UK. From transforming heritage projects into hospitality venues, to developing healthcare facilities and innovative food stores, they are hands-on, ambitious, and built on quality.
The Opportunity
They are looking for a Contracts Manager with a strong background in joinery, construction leadership, and build projects. You'll oversee 2-3 simultaneous projects ranging from £150K-£3M-covering demolition, extensions, groundworks and full-scale build works.
Project Types Include
Historic conversions
New Build Public Houses
Healthcare builds and upgrades
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple UK-wide projects (typically 3 jobs/week over 12-week programmes)
Manage site and office operations-no remote setups due to communication challenges
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high-quality finishes
Forward planning & programme ownership
Deliver joinery-intensive work with precision and detail
Collaborate closely with the Senior Management
✅ What They Are Looking For
Strong joinery background and eye for detail
Proven leadership in construction and site safety
Highly organized, self-driven and motivated
Experience in hospitality or healthcare builds ideally
Happy to be office based in the North West & visiting sites UK Wide
Comfortable with both site and office presence
Looking to onboard in August
