The Role – Contracts Manager
As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee projects from contract award through to completion, acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors, and the delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of contracts once awarded, ensuring delivery is aligned with programme, quality, and budget.

Handling commercial aspects such as variations, claims, and cost control.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep work on track.

Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and safety.

Maintaining clear reporting for senior management and clients.
