Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading building solutions company on the lookout for a Roving Contract Manager to work across Yorkshire, the North West, and the Midlands.
For the successful Roving Contract Manager our client is offering:
£52,000 per annum (DOE)
Core Hours: Mon–Fri 8am – 5pm
Permanent position

33 days holiday (increasing after 5 years)

The Role: Roving Contract Manager
Overseeing contracts across multiple sites
Ensuring service delivery meets client requirements
Managing engineering teams and subcontractors
Full P&L accountability for portfolio of sites
Building and maintaining client relationships
Driving business growth within existing accounts
Overseeing staff onboarding, training, and development
Following health & safety regulations and company policies
What our client is looking for in a Roving Contract Manager
3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL
Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL
Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL
Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL
IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE
Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving Licence ESSENTIALBefore You Apply
