Job Description
A Supervisor/Site Manager is needed to join the construction department of a property company, managing various projects while ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.

Description
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time.
Liaise with clients and various operational departments within the company.
Work to minimise the costs of a project while maintaining quality and standards.
Monitor and keep track of project progress and negotiate contracts and payments.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately.
Provide advice on legal and contractual issues.
Regularly report to upper management about project progress and issues.Profile
A successful Surveyor should have:
A degree in Surveying or a related discipline.
Experience in managing construction projects.
Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
Proficiency in using computer software for project management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
