Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional candidate to provide support across contractor management and onboarding of contractors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients. If you have worked in a financial services environment before that would also be useful.
Your role
Contractor Management
Generate resource contracts, client Statements of Work (SOWs), and engagement letters, working closely with Finance and HR.
Ensure compliance documentation is maintained, including contractor insurance, IR35, passport verification, and UK/non-UK attestation requirements.
Manage the full contractor onboarding process, including IT access, new starter forms, and office passes.
Track contract issuance and signing, maintain accurate records of contracts, SOWs, engagement letters, and fixed-term contractor (FTC) spreadsheets.
Send contractor contracts for signature and produce associated financial illustrations.
Prepare and submit Request for Offer (RFO) forms to initiate referencing with HR.
Ensure contractors are correctly set up on SuiteProjects.
Monitor deliverables and help track contract renewals with both contractors and clients.
Manage new supplier setup requests with Finance.
Executive Assistant (EA) Support
Provide diary management for internal and external meetings.
Assist with time sheet submission and tracking.
Book travel and accommodation when required.
Submit and manage expenses.
Coordinate client entertainment activities (e.g., lunches, dinners, events).
Develop strong relationships with client PA/EAs and collaborate with internal PA networks.
Provide holiday and sickness cover for other EAs within the team.
About You
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask and deliver accurately under pressure.
Experience in contractor administration, HR coordination, project support, or EA roles is desirable.
