We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in South Woodham Ferrers! This is a temporary position that promises to be both challenging and rewarding. Location: South Woodham Ferrers Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Contract Type: Temporary Location, Location, Location! Our clients office is conveniently situated just a 17-minute walk from South Woodham Ferrers train station. Enjoy a picturesque walk to work while soaking in the local atmosphere! Key Responsibilities: As our Contracts Administrator, you will: Manage and maintain contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information. Maintain an organised filing system for all contracts and related documents. Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers regarding contract terms. Support the team in resolving any contract-related issues that arise. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who: Has a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Has experience in contract administration or a related field (preferred but not essential).
