A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client based in Addlestone they are looking to recruit a highly skilled Contracts Administrator. The role is initially offered on a 6-9 month fixed term contract, however likely to go Permanent for the right individual This key role within the Order to Cash Team focuses on ensuring the accurate processing, management, and compliance of customer contracts with company standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities;
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the contract lifecycle for both standard and non-standard service agreements. Acting as a vital link between the New Installations (NI) and Existing Installations (EI) teams, you will support the EI Sales Team by ensuring all customer contracts are effectively processed, maintained, and developed to support business growth.
This role is central to transforming sales agreements into operational contracts while contributing to the expansion of the maintenance portfolio through efficient and proactive contract management.
Essential skills to have:
Experience in a Contract Administration or Data Entry roles that requires high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficient use of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience and Power BI will be highly regarded.
Construction, Services and related industries preferred.
