Electrical Contracts Coordinator

£26,500 - 27,000 per annum + paid on-call rota
Full-time | Monday–Friday
Location: Eagle House, Medway City Estate, Rochester

The Role

CC Cousins is looking for an organised and proactive Electrical Contracts Coordinator to join our busy Electrical team.

You’ll be the link between our clients, electricians, suppliers and Contracts Manager, helping to make sure electrical jobs are booked, managed and completed smoothly.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate engineers, speak with clients, order materials, update systems and keep jobs moving from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  * 

    Scheduling and coordinating electrical engineers

  * 

    Managing reactive, planned and quoted works

  * 

    Speaking with clients and providing progress updates

  * 

    Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers

  * 

    Raising and updating jobs on JobLogic and client portals

  * 

    Monitoring jobs through to completion

  * 

    Preparing quotations, work orders and job documentation

  * 

    Ensuring RAMS and relevant H&S paperwork are in place

  * 

    Handling calls and queries from clients, engineers and suppliers

  * 

    Keeping job records, reports and electronic logbooks up to date

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and good with people.

Ideally, you will have:

  * 

    Previous administration, coordination or contracts experience

  * 

    Experience working with engineers or field-based teams

  * 

    Strong communication and customer service skills

  * 

    Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  * 

    Confidence using IT, Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  * 

    Experience ordering materials and dealing with suppliers

Experience within electrical, construction or facilities maintenance would be a real advantage, but isn't essential for the right person.
