Are you a Contracts Manager or similar, with experience in Construction or Drainage projects looking to take the next step in your career and join a fast-growing company that offers excellent training, and a clear pathway to becoming Regional Director?

This company, established 25+ years ago have since seen rapid growth, now with over 250 employees across 10 UK sites. They specialise in drainage, offering a range of services to a large commercial client base, working closely with Somerset Council. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their ever-growing team.
In this dynamic role you will work closely with the Supervisor, receiving specialist training in the Drainage industry. You will be responsible for leading on site activities, with a particular focus on site Health and Safety, PPE and audits. You will manage the Contract lifecycle, pricing and quoting for work, with regional travel throughout Somerset.
This role would suit a Contract Manager from a Construction or Drainage background looking to join a well-established company offering training and progression routes through to a Regional Director role.
The Role:
Lead on site activities, including Health and Safety.
Pricing and quoting for work.
Travel to sites across Somerset.
Monday - Friday role.The Person:
