Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in decarbonisation projects?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partenered with one of the largest Property Services contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing Retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that projects meet requirements, budgets and deadlines.

What are we looking for?
* A minimum of 5 years experience in retrofit, construction or energy efficiency projects.
* A strong knowledge of retrofit standards, building regulations & energy saving technologies.
* Valid driving licence.
* Nice to have, a retofit coordinator or retrofit assessor qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of programmes of work and management of operational delivery within agreed budgets, objectives and targets.
* Implement and ensure compliance with the company health, safety and welfare and employment policies and legislation.
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Oversee energy-saving projects, including; insulation, low-carbon heating systems, window/door replacements and ventilation improvements.
