As demand grows for their expertise in façade remediation and recladding, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile schemes across London and the Home Counties.
The Role
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple façade remediation and recladding projects, typically ranging in value up to £15m. Reporting into the senior leadership team, they will lead the pre-construction, setup, programming, and on-site delivery phases across each scheme.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing project delivery under BSR compliance and PCSA agreements

Developing programmes and delivery plans in line with project requirements
*
Leading and supporting site teams to ensure consistent high standards
*
Overseeing health & safety, quality, commercial, and client-facing aspects
*
Coordinating closely with commercial, design, and delivery teams
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from a main contracting background and have demonstrable experience managing facade remediation or recladding projects. They will be technically competent, commercially aware, and capable of leading teams across multiple sites.
Essential skills and experience:

Proven experience delivering façade/cladding remediation schemes

Strong knowledge of BSR regulations, PCSA, and compliance standards

Experience managing multiple site teams and overseeing end-to-end delivery

Excellent planning, programming, and leadership skills

Professional, collaborative approach with strong client-facing ability

Based within a reasonable commute of Central London, with flexibility to travel regionally
