Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager with strong flat roofing knowledge, specifically on commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial roofing contracts, focusing on flat roofing systems (e.g. felt, liquid, single ply).

Oversee project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
*
Prepare project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.
*
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
*
Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues in a timely and effective manner.
*
Manage budgets, cost variations, and project profitability.
*
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
*
Support tendering processes and review contract documentation.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial roofing sector.

Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems and installation methods.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
