️ Contracts Manager (Central Region – Berkshire)
Location: Berkshire

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a progressive construction business delivering high-quality housing and mixed-use schemes across the Central region.
You’ll manage 3–4 live projects, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You’ll guide site teams through all stages — from pre-construction through to handover — ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved.

Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will:

Lead the delivery of multiple residential and refurbishment projects.

Manage project planning, cost, and contract performance.
*
Conduct regular site reviews and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
*
Provide weekly progress reports to the Operations Director.
*
Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
*
Drive team performance and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.
*
Support new business activity and contribute to tender and pre-construction planning.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within contracting.
*
Residential / housing background essential.
*
Track record of longevity and progression within previous employers.
*
Strong understanding of commercial management, programming, and client liaison.
*
Experienced in leading multiple concurrent projects.
*
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel regionally.
