Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package

This role offers the chance to join a respected main contractor delivering a diverse mix of local schemes across the South West. You’ll take responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will:

  * 

    Oversee several construction projects across Bristol and the South West.

  * 

    Support and guide Site Managers throughout delivery.

  * 

    Take ownership of programme, resources, quality, and safety.

  * 

    Provide updates and performance reports to senior leadership.

  * 

    Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

  * 

    Contribute to planning, pre-con, and operational improvements.

About You

  * 

    Experience with a regional or national contractor in a similar role.

  * 

    Background working on housing, commercial, refurbishment, or mixed-use projects.

  * 

    The ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

  * 

    Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

  * 

    Solid understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities.

  * 

    Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
