Contract Manager - Construction / Refurbishment

📍 Location: Northwich
 💰 Salary up to 75k + Benefits

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, where you will take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to completion, managing both the commercial and operational delivery of works.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in heritage, refurbishment, and concrete repair projects.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from cradle to grave, including:

Managing enquiries and tender opportunities
Preparing and submitting bids and quotations
Planning and overseeing project delivery on site
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, including cost control and valuations
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met throughout project deliveryWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within construction
Experience managing projects from tender through to completion
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
Background or interest in heritage, refurbishment, restoration, or concrete repair works
Excellent client management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
