About the Client
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of advanced security fencing systems nationwide.
Roles/Responsibilities
Oversee both directly employed staff and external subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
Collaborate closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to drive project success
Manage projects ranging from small-scale (£5k) to large-scale (£1M+)
Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
Handle estimating and manage variations effectively
Maintain strong commercial oversight and accurate forecastingQualifications
Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience, ideally within the fencing industry
Background in construction
Knowledge of security fencing/gates (preferred)
CSCS/SMSTS certifications are advantageous
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Strong commercial awareness and project management expertise
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesBenefits
